We demand that the power of imprisonment be taken away from the Pinetown Magistrate Court. It is being abused and used for self enrichment.
The Pinetown Magistrate Court uses violence, bribery & the threat of imprisonment to force payment from those they charge with wrongdoing. I demand an investigation.
I have decide that i am not going to accept the offer from the investigation officer at the Westville police. Instead i request an in-depth investigation into what has been happening in my case over the last 2 and a half years.

This week, i received call from the investigating officer at the Westville police station advising me that the magistrate in my case, had finalized my case and that i had been released. And would i remove my blog posts with regards to this case. I did accept that offer and agreed to remove the pages critical of the Pinetown magistrate court. I have changed my mind and want an investigation
Provincial Overview year ending 2019 - 2020 4.5 billion was written off.
The material irregularities we identified at five municipalities demonstrate that, in addition to the challenges faced by municipalities relating to poor financial management practices, The material irregularities we identified at five municipalities demonstrate that, in addition to the challenges faced by municipalities relating to poor financial management practices, financial losses were incurred largely as a result of payments for goods or services not received,
Irregular expenditure of R4,55 billion was written off as no officials were found to be liable for these transgressions. Municipal councils did not always ensure that investigations were adequately performed to determine if a person was liable before approving the write-off of irregular expenditure.
My Complaint Regarding Wrongful Criminal Charges and Demand for Redress
I am writing to formally and unequivocally express my profound grievance regarding the repeated and, I believe, malicious criminal charges leveled against me by the Pinetown Magistrates Court and the complainant, a former eThekwini municipality supervisor. Over the past seven years, I have been wrongfully charged on seven separate occasions with criminal offenses.
It is my unwavering conviction that these baseless accusations are a direct reprisal for my diligent and ongoing efforts to expose the pervasive corruption within these government departments through my Westville blog pages. My journalistic endeavors have shed light on matters of significant public interest, and I believe these charges are a calculated attempt to silence my voice and impede my efforts to promote transparency and accountability within the local government.
I vehemently assert my innocence in these matters and unequivocally demand the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all eleven criminal charges currently pending and past against me. Furthermore, I insist on receiving substantial financial compensation to address the significant hardship, emotional distress, reputational damage, and financial losses I have incurred as a direct result of these protracted and vexatious legal proceedings.
To substantiate my claims and provide irrefutable evidence of the orchestrated nature of these attacks, I have retained copies of all the criminal summonses that have been improperly served upon me over the past seven years. These documents clearly demonstrate a pattern of harassment and the abuse of legal processes. I contend that these summonses represent prefabricated attacks designed to intimidate and silence me.
I trust that this matter will be treated with the utmost seriousness it deserves and that swift action will be taken to rectify this grave injustice. I look forward to a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to withdraw the charges and provide the compensation I am rightfully due.

Below is the reply to my complaint regarding bribery & assault within the Pinetown magistrates court house. The reply came from the office of the director of public prosecutions and was addressed to the court manager Mrs Mkhize. And come from director court control prosecutor advocate Phuti Meso. Dated 5th May 2025
When i arrive at court for the first time and stood in the doc the magistrate asked me how do i plead. Soon afterwards he asked me if i own a house. I dont think that question was relevant. Now when i look back it would seem to me that this trial was an organised attempt at extortion and bribery. And part of the plan was to take my home. The attack & damage to my home, my business and myself has been an organized by the Durban municipality and required the participation of the Pinetown magistrates court who used the threat of imprisonment in order to achieve there purpose of bribery and the theft of my pension money.
This has happened to me 9 times. Wrongful criminal summons, wrongful arrests. The municipal staff use the services of the magistrate’s court to suppress opposition to their corrupt practices. The Pinetown magistrates court does not serve the citizens well and it would seem to me that this government department may be on the take.
I cannot protect myself in court. The Durban eThekwini municipal staff spy on me in my home. Listen into my conversations, track my whereabouts that enable them to break into my home when i am not there. Remove my court documents. Edit my legal documents and court papers that i keep on my computer. I am convinced that the municipality has the most sophisticated and highest level of surveillance apparatus available anywhere in the world. He tells me that the municipality has supplied him with the equipment that he uses. I find it impossible to defend myself in this case that is a premeditated attack on me by the municipal staff and other department of justice like the Metro police and the Pinetown Magistrate's court. I demand that justice be done.
These scoundrels that work for the government all have a pensions, but that is not enough . They wanted my pension as well. So they use the powers that we give them to take whatever they can and they think that they will get away with it because government employees protect one another from the citizens that they serve.

The Westville Police.
I complained to the Westville Police with regards to malicious damage to my property and trespassing and invasion of my privacy . I also went to the Pinetown Magistrate's Court who issued a request to the Westville Police to open a criminal charge. That was in 2022 . I will be pleased if the Westville police will give this there urgent attention. The damage to my property, my office equipment and my clients and my telecommunication lines is on going and interferes with my work.
The Pinetown Magistrates Court
"I am compelled to publicize my situation because the Pinetown Magistrate's Court has denied me justice, and the Westville police have refused to protect me. I have been repeatedly victimized by eThekwini municipal staff, who have assaulted my home, office, and clients, and severed my communication lines. When I acted in self-defense, the court issued a warrant for my arrest. I am forced to defend myself against these escalating attacks because the established systems have failed me."
