Our leaders in Durban can do the same as Helen Zille. We just need them to stand up and start. 

South Africa does itself a disservice by not using more white people in local government leadership / managerial positions.

Leadership is what white people do well because they think ahead and carefully plan what needs to be done beforehand.  They can deal with pressure, take no nonsense and make sure the job gets done.  Put more white people in charge and get the job done good. South Africa will benefit.

Our state president Cyril Ramaphosa who by his actions of hiding foreign currency in his couch on his farm in order to deceive the state of South Africa did set and example to all those who are employed by government departments that corruption & dishonesty is ok. It would seem that he did not understand the terrible damage that his example and the huge difficulties that this did cause those who combat corruption. It is difficult to find any one in government that is honest. They believe that if the state president can do so then they are entitled to do the same.
