We are searching for the missing 75 billion rand that the Auditor General South Africa tells us has gone missing in the province of KZN.
Mr Krish Kumar was the Chief Financial officer at the eThekwini municipality when irregular spending was at its peak. And so was Mr Ravigasen Ranganathan "Ravi" Pillay who served as the MEC for finance in the Government of KwaZulu-Natal for 20 years. It is these two gentlemen who were responsible for the outflow and inflow of the money in our province of KZN will have known what happened to the money. So my question to there 2 gentleman is where is the money ?
I demand that those involved in my court case No 202/01/2023, Westville police
The magistrate,
The prosecutor,
The Westville police investigating officer,
And the complainant - a retired municipal supervisor in the storm-water department of the eThekwini municipality . This is the 2nd time he has used extortion on his neighbours and tried to force payment from them. It would appear to me that this is a pattern that he developed during his 45 years in the eThekwini municipality. I demand an investigation and his wealth be audited. This gentleman was a public servant and is wealthy. I want to know where his money came from. It is this public servant and his co-conspirators' who put me in Westville prison for almost 3 months. under false pretenses. I demand justice and an in-depth investigation.
Be charged with using the services of the department of justice to
To commit extortion,
To commit violence,
Bribery and
Damage to property ,
Interference with my customers.
I DEMAND JUSTICE. I WANT RETRIBUTION.
I am a citizen of South Africa and i will not be abused by government public servants.
The State president of South Africa The honorable Cyril Ramaphosa.
By John & Gemini Ai :- The Phala Phala scandal isn't just a political controversy; it's a wound inflicted on our nation's integrity. When President Cyril Ramaphosa allegedly hid millions in foreign currency in a sofa on his farm, he didn't just break the law—he shattered the moral compass for everyone in public service.
This wasn't an isolated act. It was a clear signal to every government official, from the highest levels to the most junior employees, that dishonesty and corruption are acceptable. How can we expect civil servants to act with integrity when the very man at the top sets an example of deceit?
The fallout from this incident isn't just political; it's a profound failure of leadership. The president's actions have made it immeasurably harder for those who genuinely fight corruption. They are now battling a culture of impunity, where officials can point to the leader of the country and say, "If he can do it, why can't I?"
This isn't about one individual; it's about the erosion of trust in our government. We are now left with a disturbing question: How can we find honest leadership when the highest office in the land sends a message that corruption is not only tolerated but potentially rewarded?
The Pink Note: An Urgent Request for Investigation. eThekwini municipality.
What is the pink note about ? It is about extortion. It is about forced payment. It is about how the municipal staff withheld payment to a contactor until they got money paid into "there small business accounts" Municipal staff demand payment from the municipal contractor. Municipal staff in the water department of the eThekwini municipality. It was superbly well co-ordinated. The participants were a supervisor, the plumbing quality inspector, and someone else that authorizes payment for plumbing good imported from the European Union.
To: Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel Inderh, Westville Police Station
Subject: Urgent Request for Investigation into Ethekwini Municipality Water Works Department – Pink Slip No. 2870
Dear Lieutenant Colonel Inderh,
This correspondence serves as a formal follow-up to previous attempts to request an investigation into specific concerns regarding the Ethekwini Municipality Water Works Department, as documented by Pink Slip No. 2870.
As a resident of Westville for 50 years, I have consistently fulfilled my civic duty, including the timely payment of municipal rates, which contribute to the salaries of public servants. It is on this premise of shared responsibility and accountability that I, as a citizen, respectfully but firmly request the Westville South African Police Service (SAPS) to initiate a formal investigation into this matter.
Given the gravity of the concerns, I urge your office to assign a detective to this case without delay. I am available to provide a comprehensive statement and further details at my residence, which members of the Westville Police have visited on numerous occasions in the past. I trust that you will treat this request with the serious attention it warrants and ensure that a thorough investigation is conducted.
Sincerely, John Venediger A Concerned Citizen of Westville
We The People demand that eThekwini municipal supervisors & senior employees past and present take lifestyle audits
The Pinetown Magistrates Courthouse has been found wanting.
It is unacceptable that the integrity of the Pinetown magistrates, prosecutors, wardens, and clerical staff & the Legal Aid practitioners working in this magistrate courthouse is subject to any doubt. We demand a thorough investigation and lifestyle audits for all involved. The citizens of KwaZulu-Natal insist on transparency regarding the wealth of those employed at this department of Justice and there income must be made public knowledge and all public servants in the DOJ should account for where the money came from.
